Our celebrities are getting embroiled in controversies day after day. Looks like shocking news doesn’t seem to stop for our celebs and putting them under the spotlight for infamous reasons. Now according to reports on an online portal – Sussanne Khan, Guru Randhawa and Suresh Raina were arrested last night in a raid.
The raid was held at a club called Dragonfly near Mumbai airport. The raid was held because the concerned place was open beyond permissible hours. Due to the pandemic and to make sure people are not at social gatherings for too long, clubs and restaurants don’t have long hours like before to be open. However this said club was open beyond time limits and hence the above celebrities and other 34 people including management members were arrested.
The report says that 34 people which included Sussanne, Suresh Raina and Guru Randhawa were booked under several sections. ‘They were booked under Section 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant), 269 (whoever unlawfully or negligently does any act which is, and which he knows or has reason to believe to be, likely to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life), 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of IPC and provisions of NMDA,’ says the report. The report also states that the accused were later set out on bail.
