Amidst the lockdown with the gyms being shut a lot of us surely had our fitness journeys disrupted. While some made sure that they take to home workout and cycling, some laid off exercising as gyms were closed. Looks like Tahira Kashyap too was in the latter category but has decided to come back with a vengeance.

Tahira Kashyap is always by her husband Ayushmann Khurrana’s side, she’s a doting mother to her two kids and also makes sure she gives wings to her dreams of being a filmmaker. She also turned an author during this lockdown. Today she took to her Instagram to share a video where we see her sweating it out and doing some home workout like a pro. In her caption she says that how she took time to kick up a storm and was making excuses. But today, turning a new leaf she has made sure that she gets to shape and lead a healthy life. Tahira Kashyap battled breast cancer a few years back. Amidst the lockdown she wrote a book titled The 12 Commandments Of Being A Woman. In this book she spoke about her romance with her husband Ayushmann Khurrana, how she coped with depression at one point, finding peace with chanting and then facing breast cancer like a warrior and overcoming it.
